Abstracts are open until Nov 23, 2024.  However if you need extra time to obtain a Canadian VISA, submit your abstract early and explain your need in the place designated on the submission form.  If you do not hear back within 2 weeks, contact Christopher.g.hunt@usda.gov for assistance.
