* Included in the Student Poster Competition Sponsorship: Sponsor presentation of cash awards/certificates for winners ($500, $300 and $200 for first, second and third places, respectively, and up to four, $50 Honorable Mention awards (to be determined by judges panel). Winners announced and awards presented during the Thursday luncheon. Photos taken of sponsor(s) with winners for use in post-conference articles.

** Tabletop exhibit shipping/setup and teardown are the responsibility of the sponsor. Sponsor company attendees who plan to man the exhibit must also register for the conference.

Student Scholarship Sponsorships
The 12th conference in this series is a great venue for students in relevant degree programs to exchange with major players from industry, academia, government, and NGOs. Help us make this event accessible to students by providing scholarships to the upcoming generation of new leaders in the industry. These scholarships will make student attendance more affordable by covering their conference registration and lodging costs.

Scholarship awardees will be required to participate in the conference with a poster or oral presentation profiling their research project, as well as help with conference logistics. The ICWA offers a unique opportunity for our industry to meet and view graduate students preparing to enter the industry. Through participating in the conference, students will also have an unparalleled opportunity to view leading research and technology and industry networking under one roof.
