Poster Information: 
The poster boards will be displayed in one of the ballrooms at The Hilton Portland Downtown Hotel. Each poster board will fit TWO posters. Therefore, your poster should be no larger than 3' (36") wide x 4' (48") tall. Both sides of the poster boards will be utilized. We will be providing you with push pins to mount your poster. For your convenience, we have created a template for your poster. Please use this when creating the poster. Please consider bringing multiple miniature versions of your poster for dissemination to interested attendees and student poster judges (if applicable to you).

Oral Presentations:
Oral presenters will be given a total of 20 minutes to present their work. Powerpoints are welcome and encouraged. Please be prepared to share your presentation on a flash drive when checking in for the conference so all presentations can be downloaded on respective session computers to cut down on transition time.

Conference Program:
Please note that abstracts will be included in the conference program. The abstract information from the original submission will be used for this portion.

Proceedings:
These deadlines are critical for your paper to be included in both the program and the conference proceedings. If you are not the final author or presenter, please advise us as soon as you know who that is. Please email your final paper, PowerPoint presentation, or poster PDF to Jennifer Whitlow. Please note that we cannot accept your oral presentation as a pdf.
