"Understanding Yourself and Working with Others: Using Myers-Briggs Psychological Type as Leadership and Communications Tool"

This one-day workshop is designed for participants to learn more about their own leadership styles as well as how to work best with others. After participants take the MBTI Instrument to determine their type, Dr. Bond will discuss what each type means and how to use that information as a leadership and team building tool. This course has been used as a key developmental tool for students entering in to the workforce as well as veteran professionals continuing to improve their leadership abilities.
